Hayden Flour Mills invite you to join them for the Sossaman Farms harvest. Monday, July 1st from 7am to 9am, Sossaman Farms will be harvesting their crop of White Sonoran wheat. This will be a modern harvest, so bring your kids to watch the big tractors and combines at work. Farmer Steve Sossaman will talk about the history of his farm, and the Hayden Flour Mills crew will be there to provide a background about grains and milling. Snacks and drinks (and shade!) will be provided.
