The Phoenix Public Market is a program of Community Food Connections, a 501c3 non-profit organization. The Market marks the spot where community revitalization, economic development and a showcase for local small-scale agriculture and local artists and crafters intersect in the heart of the city.

The Open-Air Market offers:

  • Fresh in-season fruits and vegetables, produce, flowers, jams, baked goods, dried beans, free-range eggs and honey
  • Live plants and unique local arts and crafts
  • Tasty hot foods, music and more

Everything offered for sale at the Open-Air Markets is grown or made by the person selling it. A limited amount of produce will be brought by the farmer from other Arizona farms – feel free to talk to them about where their produce comes from and their growing practices. The Open-Air Market takes place on Wednesdays from 4 pm to 8 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 1 pm.

The Urban Grocery and Wine Bar brings together the specialties of many  local producers into one central indoor location. In addition to fresh, locally-sourced produce, meats, dairy and packaged food items, the Market Café features a catering menu, daily breakfast specials, and offers sandwiches, salads, and soups to eat in or grab and go. They also have an extensive selection of Arizona wine and beer. Their building also hosts Royal Coffee Bar at the Market where you can enjoy a carefully crafted cup of coffee or tea. The Urban Grocery and Wine Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 am to 8 pm. They have Happy Hour specials every Tuesday through Friday, 5 pm to 7 pm and are also open late on Fridays until midnight.
