Brad and Kat Moore are a husband and wife team that share a love of wieners…wait check that, hotdogs. They believe in doing the things you love in life, eating well and surrounding themselves with people who make them happy. From this shared passion and their creativity they developed Short Leash, a mobile hotdog eatery. Since an early age Kat has demonstrated a talent with both food and traditional art. An Interior Designer and Artist by trade, the development of Short Leash is a creative outlet for her talent in cooking. This talent is reﬂected in the variety of tastes and textures being offered on their menu. Brad couldn’t hack it at professional soccer and turned to a career in banking. After growing tired of the cubical lifestyle he used his background in sports, banking and ﬁnance along with his keen eye for quality to bring this unique idea of Short Leash to reality. Their mission is to serve a unique twist on a classic favorite. The fare is simple and straight forward with a focus on using local purveyors and natural ingredients. The multitude of toppings and combinations being offered and their willingness to accommodate any request ensures for a great dining experience.
