Vovomeena is a very welcome addition to the downtown culinary scene, and even more so to this intersection of Phoenix. Nestled on the back end of a strip mall at 1515 N 7th Avenue is a hidden gem of incredible value and delicious fare in a stylish and polished yet unpretentious euro-modern setting.
The menu is a European take on breakfast with classic favorites included. The portions are ample, the staff was friendly and service was quick. We tasted the tortilla española, savory crepes, cappuccino and fresh juice. We can’t wait to try the Boxty (apple and potato pancakes) and the 3 Sisters Strata — we will definitely be back!
The coffee is done with love (they have espresso!) – this is a very welcome addition to this corner of 7th Avenue and McDowell. It is a delicious way to go local on the way to work! The hours of operation are 6:30 am to 1:00 pm.
