Tamara Stanger

Newly returned back to Arizona, Tamara Stanger is now the Executive Chef at Shift Kitchen & Bar in Flagstaff. Tamara has been an intricate part of Phoenix food culture for years. She specializes in wild and native Arizona ingredients, using her knowledge to help educate at schools as well as with her restaurant guests. Tamara was the VIP Chef at Devour Culinary Classic for two years in a row and deeply believes these experiences help build our unique place on the map as one of the greatest food cities in the country.
