ABOUT THE CHEF

Arturo Garino

Chef Arturo was born and raised in Nogales, Arizona. Arturo began working in the hospitality industry in 1993.

Chef Art gains inspiration for his cooking from his upbringing where he was forced to be creative working in a kitchen that supplied very few ingredients. “Options were limited growing up in a single-parent household; I learned that it didn’t take much to create something great!”

Art enjoys the creative freedom Nook Kitchen allows him to showcase in his cuisine with the availability of an abundance of options.
